Process Machine Interactions
The objective of high performance machining is to produce the
first part correctly with most cost effective methods. The recent
innovations in virtual machining through process and machine
tool simulation, new cutting tool and machine tool technologies,
and novel machining strategies lead to significant reduction in
machining cycle times while achieving high quality parts with
reduced capital investments.
